Khan el Khalili - Egypt - Cairo

Khan el-Khalili
One of the old neighborhoods of Cairo, featuring Bazaars and shops and popular restaurants.
Khan el-Khalili neighborhood was a source of inspiration for many writers notably Egyptian writer Naguib Mahfouz, who wrote one of his novels that takes place neighborhood bearing his name "Khan el-Khalili," and that has been converted into a movie starring Imad Hamdi.

 
Khan el-Khalili, one of the oldest markets in the Middle, a little older than 600 years, and still authentic architecture persists unchanged since the Mamluk era and yet.
